Specialty Home Builders is a new company with a long history of home construction in North Texas.
It was established in 2024, but its roots go back 30+ years. Hundreds of houses have been build for several major home developers/builders with the management skills of our team.
Now, the goal is to manage the construction of homes as part of our our business.
Quality Homes at Reasonable Prices is one of our goals.
We specialize in homes in the 1,200 to 3,500 square foot range with current styles and quality amenities.
Another goal we have is to supply homes for those wanting to down-size, because they no longer need all the space they did when their children were home.
They do not want to climb up and down stairs, but they DO want plenty of storage space.
AND, they want to maintain their standard of living.
